
Taylor Alison Swift was born on December 13th, 1989 in West Reading, Pennsylvania to Scott Kingsley Swift and Andrea Gardner Swift. She has one younger brother named Austin Kingsley Swift (b. 1992). The family moved to Nashville, Tennesee in 2004 to allow Taylor to pursue a career in country music. In 2005, she signed with Big Machine Records and susquently released her debut, self-titled album in 2006. Today she is an international star best known for her song-writing in many different styles and genres as well as her "Easter Eggs" hinting at new content. Since 2018, she has been signed with Republic Records. Her newest music includes 2 sister albums, folklore and evermore, which have the genres of pop, indie, country, and folk. She is also re-recording her first 6 albums, Taylor Swift, fearless, Speak Now, RED, 1989, and reputation, dubbed "Taylor's version" along with "Vault Tracks", songs that were not included with the original albums. Her masters were unethically sold from under her and deserve a second life.
